Reincarnation is now explained in science terms as in the book Angel of Starlight, all the builders who reincarnated knew lands the economy for thousands off years so I'll tell you this as coming back also, the old economic system has failed to protect our financial future with our health in tact some times, too much hacking and the trading world may  control too much of our money affecting our economy efficiency which gets stuck older not newest technology for reasons already discussed in this author's writing. Money tree is then lost and vulnerable to control, printing money they conceived to do this from the ages till computer technology arose, which affords people running their own personal money tree with government as that tree like printing money, but its electronic. If systems are down then you don't usually get to use the store either with cash if the cash box is not working.  If a city loses power, you have to wait for it to be restored to shop .  With surplus money you can still create a promise note for a loaf of bread from a neighbor some argue is needed, it is on a highway internet not only a bank he can take the number and pay himself to his account you share the same high ay that is how we got around printed money.   All printing is electronic now we need it to make bills electricity. so the fallacy  we need printed money is false. You have a card you put on the high way what you need from your own authority govt lets you you have money you go spend stocks you have to buy their money to make one off money which is corrupt stalls manufacture and buying high quality goods your money is tied up its corrupt should be banned made illegal along with deficit you have governments failing to keep so an our money safe I've been in a hacking case now for years to get mien back also  as you know some of you. They print money if they stop and give you a money card with permission to load  an amount on to the high way from the money tree you is not printed bucks or crypto currency coin its yours  to run with them who are also rich they load what they need what we have too much to then is money that counts itself we do not need VG or anyone we load it banks process transitions for government and pay roll etc. can make money off those services credit cards can be there to provide perks on virtuous money insurance reservations hotel like they have good priced whatever for a fee it is like VIP they are now surplus cards not debt carrying so that is what needs to happen to get out of the control  we saw is the hidden financial world even governments are bent over for this gives them  ore power over money and people like them because they gave back the tree unbroken to be rich  lack of goods get to work make something to contribute is why people will not sit around who like shopping not working. it allow in their brain map to be well they need basics and some luxuries most not overnight transformation like those in the old world try to do with the noggin fling black market night mare some of them. this is as important as global warming proactive measures because we need this economy for planet 2 and even to get out of here to afford it not stocks that get only old technology for hmm some bumps ouch bruises geez and tunes ahhh! it ninth gonna happen this has no harm to you and you are rich. The economy will boom till the sun fails us you'll see map it old and young in governments well forgive you for the old model we suggest    re you up for the challenge make it happen design it par excellence have a good day.  Most of society is kind I found, the corrupt are appearing too often in places of control over a lot of people give their agenda to the society who if you give this to them instead,  you'll see they'll help fix the problem.  All owing is paid out first, with the money owned by people no one has debt, it is in the first generated amount on the card the debt pay outs even stocks companies and banks and government deficits are paid for owed to no one,  it is surplus from the self the money tree like printed money but owned now by the collective with the government allowing their generated deposits or doing it  for them whichever they decide yearly and per emergency need to prevent debt. The world must enact it simultaneously for this part of the reform to work, virtuous money flowing in the new system effectively replacing debt creating products as now surplus creating. The mind is there to do it if they approach the matter this way in part during designing of the changes.  The new book that will be released, What Humanity Never Knew; Planning the Future, and has a whole chapter on virtuous money economic reform concept for people who make decisions also to work with. 

The public already gets to own money buying stocks, this concept gets rid of stocks limitation to all money public shares with government who governs over it. It is is simply  no longer sold as a stock to re sell holding up spending usually, freeing up quality of goods to be afforded higher and more cash flow.

For you who are the tree hold this work dear maybe they will vote it one day for us.  Then you may become the money tree that is all of ours together with government on Earth as generating surplus only and wielding riches forever with no control over us ever again by anyone financially we are sovereign nations in good health given to our people in birth we may truly uphold in life with no financial strife or harm to us for money.  One day we will all be then the big Kahuna well positioned over money a no thing we may generate any time for our needs and with our innovation for pay.  Our money is virtuous and uncorrupt. For those who may work out the economic reform from it you are invited to work here as a work book with ideas placed that may be worked on to build the model from the author to you with your own added to your own private model that this may add to if you find it helpful.  I will post exercises on it to work with as we go.

EXCERSIZES THIS WEEK: 

1. 1. This weeks exercise  envisioning a Virtuous money card for he electronic money high way how would it look with security holograms etc that looks like our real money and may replace printed money in the future?   Your opportunity leaders to design a gorgeous card for our virtuous money in the future with built in security like our passport cards have is an example yet looks like our local money but will function if voted in like the euro through Europe for example, as uniform but globally.   

• 2. One day when the star here is finished, our sun we have to have been relocated to another planet, (there are many we will find one in a new galaxy as andromedans have come here from Andromeda by ships so we may do same to anther home we will find).  How would you bring money and run it with the current system on a new planet that you need immediately to pay your builders who cannot go to Earth back and forth to get paid  it is a relocation to a new galaxy youre in and its  too far away to do that or to communicate with a wire. (We don't work with people wby the way who say it will  all burn everyone will die what are  you doing.  There are many people in government interested in this concept and people who inhabit Earth also). You are in a new galaxy where the suns and stars are newer, not all dying like in Milky Way, turning red, all major huge suns are now red or gone. You have arrived with the means to build a cell tower and brought some computers that run off solar charge with a pod  factory to fix them, some supplies, pod factories to fix any equipment you brought, pod food store to  serve limited crew of science and engineers with a government persons task force small group.  You are erecting small temporary pod homes to live in while you set up to build homes and infrastructure with supplies hauled there on star ships. (govts asked me for the book with all this it is in book four and as you know my online Green Leaf pages are for those who read and who are finding the books to read to work with the material in their lives and to keep up with new information from the author).  The current financial system on Earth is complex how would you pay your staff on a new planet? Lets say you need money to pay your workers with VME dollars you generate the money you all do and can pay for things immediately. Where and how does a bank opening there without this aspect work if you cant take your earth money there, does not work back and forth that far away and you don't work for the bank you need money from it to pay your people. You may find the VME highway is easier than the old over complicated financial system down here because you can use the bank to do the pay roll but generate the money on the high way right away without being stumped. 

I would do  this sooner rather than later to perfect it on Earth at some point guys, so you are not doing things for the first time on a new planet. the down side there  is not one minor infrastructure change taking payments at stores and vendors and bank function. giving up dept for surplus. There's likely no taxes just fees for actual use of anything from government which makes it far mor accurate and government self generates income also for all its needs. How many departments for financial beurocracy are gone now also is an exercise for later when you  build more pieces of  the whole system change. Charity is gone welfare EI all of it less departments they get the money card loaded yearly and their salaries you do not need to have pensions they are rich already with the card one less department how many departments are gone to do more  for people with if you like as govern ship of quality spending that is seniors money tree also that way a lot more money how many services can close they would have needed if poor?. Out of work who cares yo have a card with money on it find other vocation. Financial management will be in demand  counselling. And seniors assistance for travelling assisted living and travel companions etc its all posh guys any way you look at it.  Is it a joke or real? Maybe it will be real. if you make it so.

This is a babyish idea? Perhaps that is why it will work, for this reason people can map it correctly in the brain. how difficult is it to remove money count problems and the rest of the headaches easing the mind?  It is not. Remember any deficit is paid out, no one owes or loses anything when it is implemented. Watch out for governments who have the potential to have unlimited money to build the best infrastructure ever in the history off mankind, they may realize this and go for it change a few laws so they can implement such an economy.  Leave the to work don't ball them they have one another crime  also must not do it to get stocks up. It has hurt this concept prior this way.  Some got angry did not want not work on it, did stocks instead or charity money off them. We are not balling it I present information only.

3.    How would the optional virtuous money credit card that carries no credit but surplus amount as a deluxe card that replaces old debit look and work on the new system? Can have service charge for perks.  Design something remarkable what benefits would it have? 

Some information is is they may be able to have a presence  on a regular card with affixed area for the perks or log into them as silent since  they  are government money cards preferred still  in creating them brilliant feed back!

Why would the new system go through if G7 and BRIC voted it in? Because they smaller countries, if they do not sign on, cannot trade with the common new money and highway.

4. What would the system changes be for disabled on the new economy and money? They can now afford everything by themselves, what services would you have for them they may still need even wealthy?

The money is like a savings bond but its whatever you  need or they allow once each year an d on emergency basis to avoid outlawed debt. There are no loans any more no making money off money. Mooney is as intended for spending not to be a hidden network of power like a mini government through investment power that ahold sup spending requiring cheaper goods. Value of money then is over examined if the goods get cheaper why invest in it at  all?  That is the hidden corruption int he system cheating the public.  Rip of city economy ensues if over supporting stocks with cheap products and the money supposed to yield a good return it is a scam. The most valuable money is not invested it is spent on high quality good more profuse and we need people to work to produce them not to sit and retire to TV at age 40. That is why they'd get more money each year than th4e TV addict at home on the card.  The economy will be magnificent, supporting high creativity and product where people have more time to also take of  can affords more staff not less to take more time off I dare you to find anything wrong with this economic reform suggestion presented in  upcoming book four of what humanity never knew planning the4 future. Yes more jobs not less with it will occur to take more time off like people covet its possible and why it may be very attractive  to all to vote it in in govern ship also where you may also have more staff and work less hours yes government is also. unemployment will be unheard off I predict   That is why if people own money with government who runs it they have re-established power for intended economic  style they are vote din to run with support for business their infrastructure they no longer have to battle  corporations with  They better vote it at some point or I'll go to planet 2 later to do it by myself). The money from your bond each year you are permitted  to self generate an impute or govt does it for you which ever they decide is not to sell it is to spend only.

Example, Mark gets  1,000,000 deposits on his card for the year he is disabled.  Heather gets 5,000,000 as an employed  person.  This replaces fun money like stocks and for emergencies.    Each child from day one of birth also gets 1000,000 a year till age of college then upon working gets the 5,000,000 this is an example only the leaders may decide different rates and payment details and it my vary from country to country. Stock companies own their companies once again buying them back with first deposit no losses can afford better quality product  than before. Entrepreneurs may get unlimited self directed deposits if not abusing the system according to guidelines and laws the leaders make is possible. Much more fun than selling stocks less health affecting from stress for  brokers etc .Cash is tied also to debt as legal tender where as the virtuous money card can have embedded technology and alternative ways created to use it in a high tech card to pay in some emergency eg imprint chip scan etc. as it represents real money flowing like a savings bond in use or however it is designed. 

Surplus each year if previous years deposit with any earnings is accrued  may be seen like a savings account for purchase of an anti gravity space craft to take to planet 2 when the program later may be available to train for a license  to leave here in emergency in case  of overflow on starships for families with children who travel slower and no place for singles or anything you  like to spend money on but this would assure you can afford one and training and a supplies needed  for the trip. 5.  Schools on the virtuous money what would you change and make better with unlimited budgets for public schools, and private from pre school to last year of high school and colleges.

6. What ET relations would you implement for visiting council ET's big would you consider a visitor card to buy supplies that could be withdrawn for excessive balling or violence for a period of time? Might reduce ET problems a lot if were rich and if they can get their own supplies here if non intimidating to us all the time. One ET would lose it who infracted. For penalty time he'd have to go to a friend for supplies and borrow on his mercy. Well its fair humans would also lose it if in jail for a while till they got out for violence if charged, so what's special about ET's?  They lost their home planet how would this prevent problematic relations in the future for supplies they may become needy for?  They have to feed their greys who eat simple soft foods, small amounts, also there's many more than them who run their meiotic program for repairs.  ETS ARE TO  ALLOW YOU TO PROBLEM SOLVE  WITHOUT INERFERENCE PLEASE.  

7. What would humanity's state of mind be compared to now predicted on this new economic change?  What would be easier what challenges may arise.  Remember a basic map we grew  up with is there already, not many would want to monopolize society they may be happy with added vacation time nicer homes or renovated and a car some things they could not afford before also, trinkets. What laws would you need to ensure are there for this change?  Remember percentages of crime is not general society it is regular people. 

8. With people owning money potentially with government governing over it, how would you build the highway and how would you position banks?  Is it easier with or without the sovereign highway for it on line? Banks are on line now also and may interface the highway if you build that way. Credit cards are their own entity now with some bank credit cards and may be changed to surplus virtuous money carrying cards.  There  are no interest rates any longer not  to make money off money sitting encouraged to spend and reload yearly with salaries earned. People do not own banks they may co own the highway with government if it runs sovereign and passes through banks for services then is sovereign again how would it be freed up for travel?   Deluxe credit surplus cards may ride on the highway set free as surplus once the company collects the fees for  them or are like a little bank sitting on it interfacing with large banks which the do now similarly to a little highway accessible but their own brand. So he master virtuous money high way owned by govt and people would be the largest. That is key to build this part with an new laws you need to vote it in for it to run globally more efficient money flow than ever below that works in new borders of a country where your bank does not to exist updating money flow in the world to top efficiency saving time and complicated routing look at both ways old and this opportunity what do you prefer how much more efficiency to you have with all these exercises write the draw backs most are funny complaints from old mapping and loss for control by pockets of people who hold things up through their own beurocracy. 11. How do you predict will news change with virtuous money economy? How about unlimited money for innovation? 

12, On the highway, how do you envision the people's yearly deposit?  Would you issue a number for their allowable amount in their demographic?  What if they needed emergency money a new number to  sue a deposit number with their card access to the highway? Or how what would be the application steps to get it from what department that governs basic service with authority to allow more deposits? Or would you be brash and let them deposit at will self governed?  Do you  agree to  new numbers for security with each deposit? How would you build this part of the virtuous money deposits?  Do you agree for unlimited deposits  for business people to help their companies grow over head for rent salaries  or buying a  building etc? Instead of applying for more deposits every day freaking overwhelming your departments for  it? Or is it scary and why? Do you think they'll want your job or be happy with unlimited money for the product or business? 

13.  How many different give examples for yourselves would unlimited deposits help film studios, grocery supermarkets, food manufacture, building, and more immense help what would it do for them? Shoe makers, clothing, furniture etc.

14.  How much crime would this system of money reduce in your estimate and why?
